The Kelly-Kemp Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. She was born March 1, 1952 in Wheeling, daughter of Anna Yoho of Bethesda and the late Anthony Frakowski. Link Smith, 72, was notified of his death, Tuesday afternoon, occurring at the State Hospital in Athens. Thursday morning it will be removed to the home of his parents at Fairpoint. Skinner, Mrs. Elmer: Mrs. Garnet Skinner, 63, of Milltown, Newport Rt. 6 Mrs. Eloise Lane of Canton, Mrs. Bessie Poole of Reno, and Mrs. Gaynelle Dye of Marietta, one daughter Mary Alice, is deceased. Penny L. Watson, 62, of New Athens, passed away at her home on Monday, March 6, 2023. Yesterday it was learned that a man had been killed out at Barton, on the Cleveland, Lorain, & Wheeling road, and it was reported that he was a passenger on the excurs ion train and had been killed by falling off near Barton.
At various times he was manager for Will Rogers, Elsie Janis and Vernon and Irene Castle. Simcox, Mrs. George. Springs was a brother-in-law of Mrs. Albert Arnold of Sharon Ave. Zanesville. Burial was in Iliff Cemetery at McLuney. Five brothers and four sisters are deceased.

Stephen, Celia: Celia E. Stephen, 76, of Barnesville, died Friday in Barnesville Hospital. He was a retired carpenter and woodworker. He was later married to Mary Ellen McDonald of McConnelsville, who died some years ago after which he exchanged marriage vows with Mrs. Georgia Cottell of Marietta, who survives, in addition to three brothers, Charles E. Scott of Colorado, H. Scott of Athens and Wilber Scott of Columbus. Dispatch, Friday, Hillsboro Ohio, Feb 22, 1907]. Memorial contributions may be made to Warnock Community Church or Valley Hospice. Skinner was born August 12, 1870 in Independence Twp., a son of the late John and Lucinda Francis Skinner. He had been in the ministry 35 years and served pastorates at Huntsville, O, ; Gary Ind; Topeka Kas., and other places. She made and excellent pastor's wife, and was most consecrated to the church of which her husband is the pastor. He was born Sept 11, 1916 at Morristown, a son of the late Daniel Chessell and Louella Gross Strahl.
Surviving are a daughter, Frances Aldinger of Alliance; a son, George Sidney of Dothon, Ala. ; four grandchildren. He had been in this city on a number of business trips. Burial followed in Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda. Note: The name was spelled wrong in the obit. William C. Mitchell of Antwerp, Ohio; H. Smith of Cincinnati and Harry E.
