The Rochesters – Thank You Lord Lyrics | Lyrics
Thank You For The Rain Poem
Almighty God, we entrust all who are dear to us to your never-failing care and love, for this life and the life to come, knowing that you are doing for them better things than we can desire or pray for; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Praise God that the lightening that accompanied the rain did not start fires that have not been able to be contained. Almighty God, we thank you that you made the earth fruitful, so that it might produce what is needed for life: Bless those who work in the fields; give us seasonable weather; and grant that we may all share the fruits for the earth, rejoicing in your goodness; through Jesus Christ our Lord. We thank you in advance in faith for those consecutive months of above average rainfall now in JESUS NAME! There's a lesson for us in there. For making the sun to shine. Give grace to your servants, O Lord.
Thank You For The Rain Lord
I'm glad I'm involved in my church. O God, the source of all health: So fill my heart with faith in your love, that with calm expectancy I may make room for your power to possess me, and gracefully accept your healing; through Jesus Christ our Lord. From early on I felt annoyed at being told to say thanks to people, by my parents, when other people gave me something. Forgive us for the times when we have taken Your provision for granted and the times when we have failed to thank You and give You the honour and gratitude that You deserve. If I understand right any gospel singer is welcome to sing. Now when I say we, I really mean me. I want everything now, now, now! Make it beter if we try. Add picture (max 2 MB).

James Whitcomb Riley. Through Christ, our Lord. We pray you would deliver us from being self-consumed. I didn't think another thing about that conversation until this morning. We are anxious to have him and his family in our church community. God our Father, you see your children growing up in an unsteady and confusing world: Show them that your ways give more life than the ways of the world, and that following you is better than chasing after selfish goals. Dear Father, I come before You today, thanking You for all the past seasons and times. As I watch the drops of rain weave their weary paths and die.
