Royall Yount and Rev. VIRGINIA BEACH - Romulus Oscar McKINNEY, 82, formerly of the 1200 block of Elder Ave., died Tuesday in a Virginia Beach nursing home. Jim Lupton presiding. He was a member of Mount Zion United Church of Christ, where he was in the Men 's Bible Class. She was the daughter of the late Dan and Mary Cutrell Cutrell and was predeceased by her husbands, Marvin Leslie Mann and Joe Daniels. She was known for her baking, especially her wedding cakes.
