05/30/20 The river is in full runoff mode with very high levels. Given that this section is approximately 20 miles in length, travel to and from the Clark will be short. The Turah Graph shows a slight bump from the weekend weather, but it is flowing clear and rolling at over 2000 cfs. Keep a close eye on streamflows this time of year as the river may be fishable one day and blown out the next. The Missouri is fishing very well with nymphs as the fish are still holding in the winter lies. Not surprisingly, nymphs have been steady producers, with the Duracell, Olive Micro Dot and Orange Spot PT Jigs working very well. That means the streamer fishing is really good up here.
