If you'd like just a bird's eye view of the entire park, then combine both of the rim trails for their own loop. It takes some legwork to get there; you'll park near the Clark House Museum and walk about a mile down one of the trails. You will cross over multiple bridges, including a beautiful old stone bridge before reaching the first of the main waterfalls. This parking area is pretty small and I'd say only 3 cars can park here.
This act, however, does not follow Leave No Trace principles, so we would absolutely advise against leaving the trail. None of the trails are paved and some include steep stone steps that involve climbing/descending so if you're bringing dogs or young children please be aware.
