Both were fun entertaining programs. More than rides and parades the event has evolved from a festival to a local holiday which reunites families and friends. This was due in large part to Gasson's Poultry Farms which were recognized worldwide for their strain of Leghorn chickens, and the Versailles Poultry Producers which processed both eggs and poultry.
