Who Said Embrace Who You Are
To do anything less is to play small and to let normal win. I get that making time for self-care might feel frivolous when we have what seem like more important to-dos on our agenda. Why do you need to act that way? It's interesting that on the one hand, society as a whole supports the notion of being normal, yet it celebrates people who embrace their weird — musicians, writers, YouTubers, artists, even athletes. You can let other people, societal norms, and social media decide for you, but you don't have to. Who said embrace who you are.
