Devoted to knowing the Lord and serving those in need while engaging with each other, Lydia Circle is a connected group of working (or recently working) professional women of all ages who meet monthly to alternately study the Bible, engage in mission, and spend time in fellowship. In addition, Faith Talks podcasts* count toward the Spiritual Growth category. We want to share these with the entire congregation. A special emphasis of United Methodist Women is children, because women care for children. These are monthly conversations with women exploring themes and resources that empower us to put faith, hope, and love into action. United Methodist Women is the largest denominational faith organization for women with approximately 800, 000 members whose mission is fostering spiritual growth, developing leaders and advocating for justice. Anyone may check out books from the UMW library located in the parlor, Brighton Campus. A special emphasis of the organization has been to involve young women in all the ministries and leadership of United Methodist Women.
